Leonard was born on October 15, 1952 in High Prairie, Alberta He passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012 in Chetwynd, at the age of 59 years.
A wake was held on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 7:00 pm at the Chetwynd Royal Canadian Legion Hall.
A funeral service was be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Chetwynd Royal Canadian Legion Hall. Father Vener Sabacan officiated, Interment followed in the Tuscoola Mountain Cemetery.
