Obituary of Verna Mae Michaud
Verna Mae Michaud (nee Ophus) a long-time resident of Dawson Creek, B.C.passed away peacefully with her friends by her side on Thursday, February 5, 2015 in Dawson Creek. Verna was born on Wednesday, May 7, 1941 in Sexsmith, Alberta. Verna was a former business owner of the CJDC Radio Station in Dawson Creek, for many years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Mike Michaud in August of 2007.
She leaves to mourn her family, friends and co-workers.
With respect to Verna's wishes no formal memorial service will be held. For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Verna to the South Peace BC SPCA Branch, 637-114th Ave Dawson Creek, BC V1G 3A1.
