Obituary of Robert Blaine "Rob" Peirce

Robert Blaine Peirce Born on August 24, 1954 to Catherine and Robert Gale Peirce, "Rob" passed away on March 17, 2015 at the age of 60. Rob grew up in Doe River and Rolla, taking his schooling at Rolla and Dawson Creek. Rob enjoyed sports and was very active in fastball and curling. He loved motorbikes and cars. Sports cars, particularly blue Mustangs, were his favourites. Though Rob worked at other jobs, it was cars that inspired his eventual career running Cottonwood Driving School. He taught many drivers, young and old, in class and in car. Students described him as calm, cheerful and encouraging. Rob was a respectful, intelligent man and while not needing to be front and center, was always involved in a great conversation. Rob left us too soon, but we will always remember his kind, caring and gentle ways. A celebration of life social gathering was held on Saturday April 11, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Rolla Community Hall, Rolla British Columbia.
