Obituary of Georgina Louise Miscavish

Georgina Louise Miscavish 1946 ~ 2015 Georgina Louise Miscavish was born September 21, 1946 in Humboldt, Saskatchewan to George and Mary Otsig. They lived on a farm near LeRoy, where they raised 13 children. After her daughter Candy was born, Georgina trained as a health care aide, eventually moving to Fort Nelson to be closer to family. She spent many years cooking in camps, running heavy equipment and being a dedicated mother to her daughter, as well as to Candy's children, Steven, Leah, and Curtis, whom she thought of as her own. Georgina was one of a kind: hardworking and caring. She was the kind of person who could turn the worst situation into the best of experiences. She was greatly loved and will be sadly missed. A funeral service was held July 18, 2015 at Bergeron's Funeral Chapel, Dawson Creek, British Columbia.
