Obituary of Danielle Kristen Hill

Danielle Hill, a resident of Chetwynd, B.C. was taken from us suddenly on Friday, June 24, 2016 in Chetwynd at the age of 26 years. Danielle Kristen Hill was born on January 8, 1990 in Calgary, Alberta. She arrived in our home with only a jacket and stuffy dog toy when she was just two years old but quickly became part of the family. Danielle was a daughter, niece, granddaughter, aunt, friend, and above all else, she was a mother of two beautiful girls Melika and Amanda. She will be missed every day by all. Melika and Mandy were Danielle's pride and joy. They were her everything and nothing made her happier. Danielle will live on through her girls, through their eyes, their smiles, their laughter, and the moment they get on their horse and take off. She will be in everything they do and she will always be with them. Danielle was predeceased by her grandparents Don and Gerry Swank, and her birth mother Shelly Desbiens. Deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Shawn Taylor, who passed away alongside Danielle that day. Danielle is survived by her children Melika and Amanda Hill, her parents Joseph and Evelyn Hill, her sibling Jordan (Alisha) Hill, her nephew Dominic Hill, and her grandparents Joseph and Dianne Hill. A Memorial Service was held on Monday, July 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm at the Chetwynd Fellowship Baptist Church. Pastor Bill Evans and Pastor Aaron Kauffman officiated. Interment followed in the Tuscoola Mountain Cemetery. For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of Danielle to a Trust Account for Melika and Amanda at the Lake View Credit Union.
