Obituary of Miro Ernest Parnell

Miro Parnell, a long time resident of Rolla, B.C. passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 in Dawson Creek, B.C. at the age of 76 years. Miro was born on April 28, 1940 in Saskatchewan to John and Alice Pecarski. He will be greatly missed. Miro was a loving husband and father. We love you Dad always. He will always be remembered for being caring, kind and big hearted. He was always there to lend a hand to anyone who needed it He will also be remembered for his infectious laugh and knee slap. Dad was game for anything. He loved his yearly quadding trips with Ron Scobie and he enjoyed camping and staying in a cabin in the summer or winter with his family. He loved going for drives and looking at other people's junk. The Parnell family invited you Miro's social tea on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Rolla Community Hall. Interment will be held at a later date. Miro is survived by his Children; Lexi (Jeff), Chris (Kim) and Evan, Granddaughter; Mckenna, Sisters; Pearl, Chris (Ernie), Pat, Marion, Brother; Dave and many special neighbours and friends. Miro was predeceased by his loving wife Kay of 41 years, Parents; John and Alice, Brothers; Matt, John and George. A very special thank you to Lexi and Jeff for everything you did for dad. Words cannot express how greatful we are that you were there for him. The Parnell family would like to thank the great neighbors and many friends.
