Obituary of Elizabeth Edith "Betty" Vander Linden
Betty was born March 20, 1946 in Listowel, Ontario and passed away April 5, 2017 in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. She leaves to continue adventures in life her daughter, Lisa and Jason Ostaszewski of Beaverlodge, AB and sons, Robert and Leanne Nixon Vander Linden of Clayhurst, BC, David and Cheryl Nixon Vander Linden of Cecil Lake, BC; grandchildren Riley and Spencer Cage (their father Darin Cage), Jayden and Trenton Ostaszewski, Ford and Greyson Nixon Vander Linden, Annika, Cole and Justin Nixon Vander Linden, Brandon and Kailey Odermatt (their mother Julie Roach); siblings Charles (Gwen) Sangster, Lyndia (Gerald) Jackson, and Brenda Brasier; Bill's siblings Dorothy Frost, Isabel Levacque, and Debbie (Roger) McLeod; Dale's siblings Larry (Linda) Vander Linden; numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends. Betty was predeceased by first husband Bill Nixon; second husband Dale Vander Linden; parents Harvey and Jean Sangster; Nan Nixon, Duncan and Gertie Vander Linden, brother Rick Sangster, Terry Brasier, Bill Frost, and Ray Levacque.
