Herbert "Herb" Russell, resident of Dawson Creek, British Columbia passed away on November 17, 2017 at the age of 89. He was born in Sandwich, Ontario (now Windsor) on November 26, 1927. With respect to Herb's wishes, no service will be held. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Herb may be made by donation to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 103-490 Quebec St, Prince George, British Columbia, V2L 5N5.
