Obituary of Alice Beatrice Calliou

Alice Calliou, a longtime resident of Chetwynd, BC, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in Dawson Creek, BC at the age of 76 years. Alice leaves to mourn her Children: Barry (Jerri), Marilyn (Roy), Colleen (Dave), Calvin, Grandchildren: Ginette, Curtis, Chris, Jordan, Mathew, Cole, Adam, Samantha, Mari, Jennelle, Tianna, Peter, Sarah, Great-grandchildren: Annalise, Jaqueline, Daniel, Justine, Adam Jr. and Sophia, Sister and Brothers: Virginia, Jack (Evelyn), Les (Jessie) and Melvin (Marcia), Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends. Alice was predeceased by her Husband: Ben Calliou, Sons: Curtis, Joseph, Parents: Madeline and Phillip Davis and Peter Courtoreille,Brothers and Sisters: Angus, Albert, Josephine, George, Austin, Martha, Oliver, Glen, Glen, Erna, Ilene, and Lillian (Mooniaskew). A Prayer Service was held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Saulteau First Nations Community Hall, Moberly Lake, B.C. A Funeral Service was held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11:00 am, at Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church, Chetwynd, B.C. Father Rene Antonio officiated, interment was held at the Tuscoola Mountain Cemetery in Chetwynd.
