Obituary of Doreen Gano
Doreen Gano, a long time resident of Dawson Creek, B.C; formerly of Bonanza, Alberta passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in the Dawson Creek & District Hospital at the age of 85 years.
Doreen will be remembered for her unconditional love, and her love of baseball, curling, and gardening.
Doreen is survived by her loving husband Merle Gano of 65 years, son Gerald (Kay), daughter Janice (John Skinner), son Tony (Darlene) grandchildren Lance (Bonnie) Kandace (Kalin) Andrew, great grandchildren Tristen Edzerza, Grayson and Finley Gano. Numerous nieces and nephews and families.
Doreen was predeceased by her mother and father Evelyn and Andrew Spence, brothers John and William (Bill) Spence, sisters Phyllis Beddoes and Eva (Bea) Glinz.
With respect to Doreens wishes no formal funeral service will be held. Cremation services were held at Reynars Funeral Home. Interment will be held at a later date.
