Obituary of Brett Forsyth
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brett Forsyth, a resident of Grande Prairie, AB, formerly of Chetwynd, BC, who was taken from us suddenly on Sunday, February 17,2019, at Grovedale, AB at the age of 34 years.
Bretts family would like to invite everyone to celebrate his life with them on Saturday, March 2, 2019 between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm for a Memorial Tea at the Chetwynd Royal Canadian Legion, Chetwynd, BC.
For friends so wishing donations may be made in memory of Brett to a trust fund for Bretts daughter, Kallie Forsyth, at the Bank of Nova Scotia, 9834-100th Ave, Grande Prairie Alberta, T8V 0T8.
