Obituary of Blanche Ellen Parks

Blanche Ellen Parks 1940-2009 Blanche Ellen Parks passed away suddenly on March 24, 2009 at the age of 69. Blanche was born in Red Deer, Alberta on February 7, 1940 to Gordon and Dorothy Parks. She was predeceased by both of her parents and her husband Roman Rollack. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Darl Lindstrom, Vincent Lindstrom and Dorraine (Wassenaar); grandsons: David Welch, Codi Leigh Lindstrom, Clayton Lindstrom, Daniel Lindstrom, Mark Wassenaar, and her granddaughter, Ray-Ann Lindstrom-Smith; four great-grandchildren: Kaylen, Jordan, Danica and Aiden; numerous cousins and extended family members. We are all truly blessed for having such a gentle, sweet lady in our lives. She touched the lives of many people with her kind, caring soul. Our family wishes to thank the staff at Rotary Manor for the caring attention given to our mother over the last four years. A celebration of her life was held at Bergeron Funeral Chapel, 10200-17 Street, Dawson Creek, British Columbia on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 1:00 pm, officiated by Carol Loney. Interment followed in the Brookside Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made in memory of Blanche by way of a donation to the "On Our Own", 10423-10 Street, Dawson Creek, BC V1G 3T8
